Proper Usage Guidelines (For Optimal Results)

1. Pre-Wash the Vehicle: Thoroughly wash the vehicle with a pH-neutral car shampoo to remove loose dirt, grime, and debris. Dry the vehicle completely with a clean microfiber towel to avoid water spots.
2. Prepare the Clay Bar: If using a large clay bar, cut it into 2-3 small pieces (1-2 inches in size) for easier handling. This also prevents wasting the entire bar if one piece becomes heavily contaminated.
3. Apply Lubricant: Spray a generous amount of clay lubricant (or distilled water) onto a small section of the paint surface (6×6 inches is recommended) and onto the clay bar itself.
4. Clay the Surface: Gently glide the clay bar over the lubricated surface in a back-and-forth or circular motion. Apply light to medium pressure—do not press hard, as this is unnecessary and may cause marring. Continue until the clay bar glides smoothly over the surface (this indicates that all contaminants have been removed).
5. Rinse the Clay Bar: Periodically rinse the clay bar with clean water to remove trapped contaminants. If the clay bar feels rough or sticky, it is contaminated and should be either rinsed thoroughly or discarded (if heavily soiled).
6. Wipe and Inspect: After clay bar treatment, wipe the section with a clean microfiber towel to remove excess lubricant. Inspect the surface by running your hand over it—if it feels smooth (no rough spots or “drag”), the contaminants have been successfully removed. If not, repeat the process with more lubricant.

Storage & Maintenance Tips
